Business Mentoring

  • Procurement Technical Assistance Program/Center (PTAP/PTAC): Free counseling on federal procurement
  • Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU):  Offices run by each agency on how to work with that agency
  • SCORE/SBDC:  Free counseling from the SBA on starting any business

Networking Organizations

There are a wide variety of networking organizations that focus on different agencies (e.g. DEVex focuses on USAID) and different areas of government need (e.g. AFCEA focuses on government IT needs). The below is a NON-comprehensive list:
